Sandhill and Paintbrush are single-story duplex buildings with two 2 or 3 bed units, separated by a covered parking area (one parking space/unit)

• 2-bed units sleep six with 2 queen beds and 1 queen sofa-sleeper bed
• 3-bed unit sleeps 7 with 1 queen, 1 double, 1 single bed, 1 sofa sleeper
• Fully furnished kitchen with full-sized range, refrigerator, dishwasher
• Wireless internet

• Outside patio/deck
• Private washer/dryer facilities in each unit (no extra charge)
• Covered Parking area for one vehicle
• Swimming pool and tennis courts (summer only, no lifeguard on duty)
• Communal hot tub (summer only)

All units have network TV, and we have DVD players available for your use - just ask!

Units do not have phones, but there is a pay phone available outside of the office (Gray Wulff building, Rm 104). Cell reception is good for most cellular companies.
